Online Shopping can be accessed one of two ways. For retail shopping simply click on the retail link under products(products>retail). For wholesale clients simply click the wholesale link under products in the top menu bar (products>wholesale) These links will direct you to the appropriate shopping cart for shopping online!

Unfortunately we cannot manually reset a password. However, if you click our forgot password link, a new password will be sent to you using the email you signed up with, then you can change it in your wordpress profile.

It’s not mandatory to have an account with us, on our wordpress website. However, if you want to post comments on our blog, subscribe to updates and maintain a subscriber profile, we do require an account be registered. To register for an account simply click our register account link at the bottom of our website. Alternatively, you may simply login with your Facebook, Twitter, Google and MSN accounts!

Our shopping carts are encrypted with a secure socket layer certficate (SSL) which means that all your sensitive information, such as credit card, name, username, password and other private information, is completely secure.

You can actually see that you’re on our secure area of the website by the top address bar. If you look at the first part (http:///www.websitename.com) you will notice that when you are on a secure area of our website, it will change from http:// to https://. Another way to confirm you are using a secure area is when browsing, and depending on what browser you are using, a pop up window will ask if ‘you want only the information that was delivered securely to be shown?’ and you may either click ‘yes’ or ‘no’. Some items, such as our Facebook badge will not be delivered in a secure manner, and will not be shown. However, you may click ‘no’ and you will still maintain security while shopping or checking out, however all items will be shown whether securely requested or not. This does not comprimise the integrity of our secure server while on our secured pages.
